It is avaible to cancel your order within 24 hours as you placed it.
If it’s past 24 hours, we are afraid you order can’t be cancelled, because we have already notified the studios to prepare the material and other things needed.
Your country custom office or postal service should get in touch with you very soon to explain the procedure on how to clear your package.

If the product in your order is Out of Stock or Pre-Order is closed, we will provide a Full Refund to you.
If you request the cancellation within 24 hours as you placed the order, we will arrange it and refund you the deposit.
If the statue you pre ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and refund you the deposit.
Otherwise, the deposit is Non-refundable.
If you request the cancellation within 24 hours as you placed the order, we will arrange it and offer you full refund.
If the statue you pre ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and arrange full refund to you.
If it is been over 24 hours, 60% of the amount you paid will be refund to you. And 40% of the amout will be kept by studio as a cancellation fee.
For “IN STOCK” products you ordered, you are free to cancel the order within 24 hours as you placed the order. And you will get full refund.
Also, If the statue you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and arrange full refund to you.
Please note only unopened, unused satue can be return to us, and the shipping fee is non-refundable. The return shipping fee will be paid by buyer.
4UGK take extreme care in packaging and item handling to minimize the risk of damage. However, almost all of our figures are made with resin which is fragile and brittle. Hence, there is a risk of damaging during the delivery. Please don’t worry, if this happened, we will do everything we can to support. Most of our studios will help to fix or replace any damaged pieces. Customer is advised to contact us with pictures as proof within 24 hours, and we will help you go through the correct process in getting the issue resolved. Please note that the studios usually don’t cover shipping costs for fixing damaged items, so customer will be responsible for all the shipping fee.
